187 lbs I know I don't look it right? but at 5'8'5, I am a tall chic never the less I want to be 
138 lbs

First of all chicas I suggest you get a delightful app called MyFitnessPal, 
it's a easier way of logging everything you eat as well as how much you have burned during exercise
(if you choose to exercise)
If not then simply log in a book/diary whatever but the app is easier or sign in on the net on your pc/laptop.


Its great!! you can also record how much weight you've lost weekly!


Ok today I have done very well indeed.. 
I skipped breakfast, but i dont suggest you do.. i only skipped it because i felt sick this morning.

Lunch: Tuna, tomato, basil wholegrain pasta. 383 calories
Dinner: 1 1/2 cup of Jollof rice and steamed fish  421 calories

BUY A DIGITAL SCALE
seriously, its more precise you can see how much you've lost exactly.. I suggest you weigh yourself every week.. not everyday, as some will suggest .. our body naturally shift in weight day to day.. doesn't mean you have messed up if you have gain 0.1lbs overnight. 

NO NO's while on any diet
ok we all have our different diets, I suggest you create your own diet, perhaps 
based on another persons diet if you choose, but little personal tweaks 
will make it seem less of a chore and more you!
However there are some absolute no no's if your serious about losing 
this weight.. 

1) No Fizzy drinks *Soda/pop/cola/carbonated drinks*

2) Lose the sugar, buy a sweetener for your bag and splenda for your food cupboard

3) No Chocolate, Biscuits, Cake. Sorry.. 
but you wont miss it when you start seeing your body look super hot.

4) Dairy good.. but cheese bad.. *small doses, very small*

5) Do not eat after 7pm if you haven't had dinner by 7pm, 
have a cup of tea and go bed! And eat on time next day!!!

and you don't feel hungry as much

that's like 4x500ml bottles
8 glasses of water 


You can still have your tea, and occasional squash.

she was a little plumper before.. still looked hot however..

Who am I?

Hello to my beautiful readers!!! 

Ok.. I've been looking everywhere for a good black thinspo everywhere..
And there aren't many so I thought F it!! I do it myself!






Okok.. My quick journey brief.. I grew up being quite skinny for a long time, got picked on quite a bit for being thin, I unfortunately didn't realise those bitches were jealous, I tried everything to put on weight 18/19 years old and I'm still as skinny as F..
At 20yrs old.. my second year of uni, I'm stressed out and making time to cook dinner was not happening.. Soooo I started eating something I never use to eat.. And it became a routine.. KEBABS, I know, how British of me right? WARNING IMAGE APPEARS TO BE TASTIER THAN IT REALLY IS!!






 Ye ladies.. A little word of advice.. If you value your body.. Do NOT eat that stuff, not the takeaway kind anyway dangerous food.


OK so anyway I started getting big, took me 2 years but i eventually put on about 60lbs!! I loved my more curvier, padded out body for a while.. I had a new man that loved my body.. But I became unhealthy and i decided i wasn't really feeling the new chubbier me anymore.. Plus it didn't help that every little move i made i sweating like a piggy. Eww. Soooo I went on a diet, oats in the morning or granola, nicoise salad and fruits for lunch or a packet of crisp instead of fruit if i was craving it.. And my usual dinner but smaller portions.. (healthy dinner NOT kEbAb) as well as walking to station instead of getting the bus..
I totally recommend the Nicoise Salad its light, tasty and very well balanced, make it yourself or by it from Tesco for about 2 quid. I think its about 185 calories. Crackin stuff!


I lost 20lbs in 5 weeks easy.. Lost a little more weight.. Then long story short i completely fell out with my bf of that time, fell of the wagon and put the weight back on.. But I'm back on.. And I'll stay strong and I'd love you to join me.. Lets do this! Currently I'm 187lbs.. My goal weight is 138lbs.. I weight alot more than I look.. People never believe me.. But must be a combination of my height and muscles? I don't know. I'm pretty tall im 5'8'5 (173cm).


Anyway I'll put more random info about me in each post.. as well as lovely black thinspo and advice.. read on.. and comments are much appreciated and I will reply to all my readers and answer any questions..
